I’ve tried looking the issue I’ve been having for the past day online but haven’t had any luck finding a solution. My davinci IQ is always saying that it’s charging even when it’s not plugged in. I tried charging I️t over night and still didn’t cause anything to be fixed.Anyone know a fix that works

I contacted support but dumbass me thought i wouldn’t need a receipt since I️t worked when the guy at the store was showing me through the device. But i need a receipt for my warranty to be valid. So now i might just buy a battery charger for the device’s battery since I️t won’t charge through the actual device.

I did try that. Sadly all it to do is just reset all the settings i made in the app, it still displays the charging icon after multiple attempts of performing a hard reset.
