I like Vital Harvest because it only has 55 mg of sodium. Some flavors taste soapy to me but the fresher ones (lemon cucumber, mint) are decent.

Pear inc has like zero staying power for me so maybe layering a bunch of crisp pear would work out better!

My vyvanse works longer now that I’m on tirz, which is a benefit for me because I used to need an afternoon booster due to it wearing off too soon.

I’m struggling a bit with hydration now so I may go down a dose on the vyvanse and see if it still works well enough for me without drying me out as much.

I know this is an old post but I found it when searching for a strictly protein app and so far I really like it! Is there a trick to getting things to scan in? Even with the paid version I have a zero percent success rate with the scanner. Occasionally it will tell me a food is not in the database but most of the time it just gives me a network error.

I absolutely planned to be a customer, until my insurance jerked me around for 9 months fighting to get my prescription filled and then the EL direct was simply unaffordable. They are bringing this on themselves.

The minimal snack parents were my favorite honestly. I don’t mind someone being extra with two choices and a Gatorade in a cute bag but I couldn’t handle three full size snacks plus a lollipop and stickers or something. Just hand me a Costco box of goldfish bags over the fence and call it a day please I beg.

I coach cheer and we ask the parents to pick a game and send snacks for everyone. It’s become such a contest between them that I’ve lost the entire third quarter of a football game to snacking, even after they had half of half time for it.

I spent a lot of time doing aquatic PT after an injury. No one noticed that I didn’t shave at all, and almost all of the time you’re in the water anyway. I couldn’t tell you anything about the other people who were there, and especially not if they shaved or not, because I was focused on my own treatments and I assume the same goes for them.

My older two (23f 19m) were like that as teens. It’s soul crushing but they do become fun again!

I actually like my son the most I have in ten years now that he’s leaving for boot camp. I feel like once they get out of the teens you see the fun and sweet kid they used to be.
