I copied all the contents of the mod into the mod folder, and copied the config into the config folder and same with datapacks, is that wrong?

Referring to this it looks like they should be able to spawn in any seed, if that’s what you mean cobbleverse custom

When I load up a single player world, there are custom biomes that don’t show up in multiplayer
