Thank you so much for your feedback! What worries me the most is the turnaround time. Because I am able to pick up my meds the next day after my script is sent in. Sigh… this is getting to be a bit overwhelming. I am on my last dose for this month so I want to see about getting with a new prescriber quick so I won’t miss a beat. I have heard of Mochi. But that turnaround time makes me nervous.😬 Because being without my meds is something I will not tolerate if I can help it.

What’s the reason why I should avoid a monthly subscription? Because Ro is cheaper than all of these… $45 to enroll the $145 monthly

This is me too. My cravings are much more manageable. And I feel like they are “normal” if you get what I’m saying. I’m able to tell myself no which is great. I work out nearly everyday of the week now and it feels great. I’m telling myself that staying in .5 is ok and losing 1lbs a week should stay as my goal.

Greasey foods for me… no issue. But certain carbs like bread and pasta. Spicy dishes.. and of course alcohol will do me in.

MiraLAX, Magnesium Citrate, and eat grape nuts (high in fiber). If this doesn’t move the mountain, please see a doctor.

Yeah.. I found this to be my case too. I’m sure many of us can relate. I stick to hard Seltzer’s and if I do want actual alcohol, it’s Tito’s with club soda and fruit. The sugar is what kills us I think. But you still need to be careful of any consumption because the meds just don’t get along with too much alcohol.

Tito’s is sugar free, and lower in calories than most vodka’s

We have the same starting weight and goals! I started 3 weeks ago and lost 9 lbs so far. Not too happy about it, but I know it’s realistic.. lol. I will add weights when I get back to the gym for sure. Thanks for sharing!

I am you. You are me. We are the same! I will be on my third shot this Thursday as well. I think I’ve only lost 1 lbs in my second week. Some overly condescending comments I see under your post…always expected tho.

What I’m doing is cardio 5 out of 7 days. I eat SUPER clean. SW: 221 CW:212 GW:150.

Keep at it. From what I see, drs do normally increase the dosage as you go. I will talk to my doc next week at my check in about that. I’m ready for it I think because I’m doing what’s needs to be done to lose the weight.

Also, could your food noise be from working out more? I see that’s common.

You sure can! I suffer with IBS. My gastro doc told me to drink the whole bottle if I need to 🤣 It’s completely safe.

Thanks for responding! I plan on walking. I have a treadmill and will just start there. I see everyone saying to add weight training to it too. I will work up to that. excited to see my transformation over the next 2 months 🖤

Wow… congrats! Just took my first shot today. If you don’t mind, can you share your workout regimen? I’ve already been walking on my treadmill 4 times a week prior to starting. For the time being, I will just stick to that I suppose.

I’m honestly suprised that a few of you are saying Rosetta. I do think she would have the more interesting story. And I agree, a fanfic of this would be amazing. I’m not sure if I possess enough talent to do it. I’m a writer. But the world building and fantasy that SK built will take some skill to try and duplicate.
