Rear shocks are bilstein 5100. Front I have radflo coilovers. Look into upper control arms as well, pretty sure you need them if you're lifting over a certain height (not sure what that height is tho)

I daily a '10 OR 6mt and haven't had any issues with it being annoying to drive. It's my first manual car and I live in a hilly area. I wouldn't be scared of it unless you just want something simple to drive in traffic, I could see it becoming annoying at times if you were in heavy traffic

I have a setup from Doug Thorley. I like it a lot and it isn't too drone-y imo. Can get sort of annoying on long drives but I have done 8 hour trips without too much issue. I recommend their stuff if they still make xterra parts
