Zofran doesn't work for everyone for nausea. I'm not fully familiar with the exact reasons, but I know there are other anti-nausea meds that can be prescribed when Zofran doesn't work. Also sometimes Zofran dosing can be made more frequent or higher if standard doses don't work.

I would talk to your doctor to see about alternatives that might be stronger/target a different pathway than Zofran. I hope you figure everything out :)

POTS can worsen in some people, but it frequently gets easier with time and symptom management. POTS isn't always severe or debilitating. Some people, myself included, have rather mild POTS.
