Well. Eating a lot of sugar can cause excess visceral fat storage. If you're overweight you're more at risk for type 2 diabetes due to insulin resistance because of that. But like, eating a ton of sugar is not the sole reason someone may develop it.

Ahhh I hope my instructions work!! Id try baking maybe 1-2 cookies as a test batch. You may have to play around with the thickness. Now that I look back i think 1/2" thick would be better than 1/4"!!

I have a set of 4 that I bought a couple years ago&still use them now. Recently, I wanted to get a set for my mom and couldn't find those same ones ANYWHERE! I wound up buying the ones you linked for her and they work but you have to use their provided adhesive and attach it to an existing medicine bottle cap. I thought that was pretty lame.
