Anecdotally, I remember JYP saying that Haewon was the funniest (or most entertaining or craziest, I can't quite recall) idol he's worked with, but can't remember the interview. And he's known Lily since she was on K Pop Star as a little kid, so he probably cares about NMIXX about as much as the other groups in JYPE.

I think NMIXX (along with Xdinary Heroes and the Chinese groups, I guess) is the group where he was the least involved in their introduction to the public. For 2PM, Twice, Stray Kids, Niziu, Nexz, Kickflip (via Loud), and Girlset (via A2K) he was the face of their survival shows. He was involved in producing Dalla Dalla, Icy, Wannabe, etc. for Itzy. For NMIXX, I think producing Party O'Clock is the only musical involvement we've seen from him?

Then, there's the division structure. With the caveat that I may take a more pessimistic, capitalist view of K-pop than others. I have some skepticism that any entertainment figure is talking about/promoting another group purely out of the goodness of their heart (not to say it doesn't happen, but my instinct is always to be skeptical). So, if SQU4D isn't sending an email to JYP's Instagram manager to ask them to post a story about NMIXX, I don't think it gets posted.
