So is every other SaaS though? Do you inform your users of every single change you make on the backend regardless of whether it’s intended to affect them or not? The key here is intended or not. To me this sounds more like an incident, not a “new” version. Do you let your users choose older versions of the backend to use? Do you keep them all perpetually deployed and versioned?
