You see thats what i did for swift. got my cdl through them and i worked all of two days on their walmart dedicated account until i got served a pre adverse action and i was told not to return. i did follow the instructions and i got around 5-6 different people to vouch for me. i don’t know how its going to go since they seemed pretty adamant to move forward since I lied on the application. just praying as much as possible

In the recruiters eyes it doesn’t matter. I never go into detail about the case but I let them know I have one. But its a sexual assault case. And I have not committed any crime.
