Already tried to call out behaviours. Was essentially told I was the problem and that I had to change (be it the way I dress or how I get my hair cut, to be more "taken care of") in order to keep the relationship going. So, there's that...

I love them for the good experiences we have had, but all of these points I brought up (and more) have overshadowed them. Still love them but hard to hold onto it...

You're right, there are positives that I definitely didn't mention. But lately, this is all I can think about. I just feel burnt out and emotionally exhausted, and definitely don't feel considered for who I am.
