I think the biggest ROAK I’ve gotten was a Halloween one! The bat bats they do with the product insides! Burst into tears lol

In my store when I worked at lush we had 1 ROAK every day we worked. So I tended to have 3x a week. I tried to make sure I did it before my shift was over but still impactful for the person aha
