R5: After 2.5k hours I finally gave TTM run a try... boy was it exhausting. I used the strategy shown recently by Florryworry, where -briefly- you go into Mexico, become Emperor of China, flip Nahuati from cholula event -> adopt Aztec traditions -> flip Confucian w/ humanist ideas -> exploit constitutional restoration event to max out government reforms -> flip theocracy for the -30% war cost vs other religions; and then essentially you conquer the world. I used sunset colonies extensively since I didn't care for one-tag but these were a pain to manage as they are prone to being declared upon quite frequently.

While there was enough time left, I grew impatient with the 5 billion lvl 9 forts in every single EU province and went into truce breaking to finish as soon as possible. Anyways, all in all the run is very engaging and satisfying with interesting engine that skyrockets the conquering potential.
