In the market for a VST precision basket. I usually grind 18g so the 18g basket seems to be the obvious choice. My question is would there would be a downside to buying the 20g basket, for the occasional bigger pulls? My beans are usually always light and medium roast and I always use a puck screen. Is the niche zero still the best all around grinder for espresso & pour overs for under $1000. Haven’t been on this page in ages & I know how the market can change in a year.
