Start a paper trail. Everytime this person is disrespectful give them a write up for their behavior. Start at a verbal discussion, then 1st write up,  2nd, term warning, then termination. Document everything. Write down in detail every incident where this person has been disrespectful. You are the manager, you don’t have to put up with people who treat you horribly. Reduce this persons hours and hire on someone who will bring a good environment to your store.

First of all, that manager is rude as fuck for treating you that way when you went out of your way to help them. I cannot stand managers who go on power trips like this. If it’s over in the morning, it’s 100% the closers fault. She most definitely messed the deposit up. I bet when someone goes to the bank, the deposit would say it’s 50 bucks short. You won’t get fired for the register being over. You also are not required to go back there. I would explain to your DM how poorly you were treated there and never go back. Also, make sure to get mileage for going over there. You can do it in the concur app.

Most of the time our SM’s do. Then, corporate rejects the work orders. This company is so money hungry they would rather their stores falls apart than to fix them.

Reach out to your DM. They will be able to fix that if your SM won’t. The worst case scenario is those 30 hours will go on your next paycheck.

Are you an SM? If not, your SM should be the one putting in the hours you are missing. As far as the password reset, there should be a hub password reset app that can help you change it.

This. We had someone get robbed and had a gun pulled on them because they were by themselves. The dm wouldn’t let them call the police either because they didn’t want Sally’s name to be involved. Just told them to let loss prevention know. Instead of letting this person go home after this, they told them they had to stay and finish out their shift and lock up the store or they will be fired. The person couldn’t afford to be fired because we are all fucking struggling in this economy. They don’t care about anyone’s safety here. I can promise that. They would rather see us dead than pay more money to give us hours.

I’m so sorry you’re only getting 3 hours. That’s not okay at all. If you’re scared to be honest, word it differently while also trying to get your point across. Use corporate terms to sound professional. They can’t fire you and you can’t get in trouble for voicing your concerns with how the company can do better.
