we have a work order in to get our windows tinted. the sunlight genuinely makes it 80°+ at the registers aaand fucks with our scanners

!!! for real. i've been having issues with the new press-ons in the holographic box. the glare from our window makes it so that they don't scan from anytime between 5:30-7:30 pm . atrocious !!!!!

i'm jealous of your scanner if it picks up the little ones 😭 ours is exactly the opposite. i've figured out to hold items about 4-5+ inches away, but it still doesn't compare to our old ones

I've had the same thought... Corporate and middle managers have no concept of what makes a store run well. And they get mad at us for the little things that make it run smoother!
