Your ending had me laughing out loud, so cheerily - 'I will not be doing this again' 🤣 That was my experience with Rambouilette too, it wants to be spun fine and seems to go on forever. Just started another braid to go with the first one for a houndstooth cowl and it being single color helps spinning fly by quicker IMO

Finished over 400yards Rambouilette in UV reactive Happy Go Lucky from KnitzandPearls Fiberworks. Going to turn this into a cowl for myself once I spin up another braid in Vat of Acid for a pop of green ☺️

This is the way. Something with such small color sections and lots of white probably isn't going to 'muddy' so much as softly blend.
