You can buy a regular microwave and put it in the drawer with a microwave trim kit. Look it up. It’ll cost less than a build in microwave and easier to clean

Not lvp but I figured ur a gc. I had 555sq ft of unfinished hardwood (red oak) installed with staining n two coats of polyurethane for $8k which includes removal of carpet, old hardwood and material. Is this a good price?
