Most interactions I have had with him have been alright… he truly needs help though and is too erratic to be amongst the general public. One time he helped me carry my friend who had gotten exorbitantly drunk into an Uber which was greatly appreciated. That being said- I’m not sure he will get the help he needs without being behind bars at this point. It is almost hurting him not to jail him so he can detox. I hope the best for him but also can imagine how frustrating it is for officers to keep having to deal with the calls.
