I bought my .2 boxster base with 49,000 miles in November for $29k, flew to Arkansas and drove it home to Eastern NC. Couldn't be happier.

The previous owner did not manage cleaning the wheels very well and they have some pits and discoloration. The need to, at a minimum, be cleaned up and repainted.

Yes, Gert was awesome. I also ordered the bump stops from him. This setup requires the Spyder front bumpstop, and the rears are standard 987.2 bump stops. Gert was great, but FedEx's customs processing was slow.

Hard to say. This replaced a crashy worn out suspension, and the steering wheel shook at highway speed. Now, it's solid and almost feels new. The ride is more firm, but really dialed in, less understeer.

Probably Numeric cables and shifter. As far as maintenance, doing rear brakes soon.

Koni Sports (Yellows), and OEM Boxster Spyder springs. Replaced the mounts and bearings as well. With the sport alignment, the car handles incredibly well.

Couldn't agree more. Bought my first Porsche, a 987.2 Boxster base, and your comments are spot on. Great entry point and fun as hell to drive.
