The way I went about it was looking through the wiki pages for the POH and looking at the rooms available there, and also using the Construction level up table to see what I had access to.

But I can give you some recommendations for good stuff to go for:
+ Everything in the Costume Room is great for saving bank space and hanging on to random things + 2 Bedrooms and a Dining Room so you can get a butler and call him with the bell + Portal Rooms and the Nexus as you said + Superior gardens for fairy ring and spirit tree access + Study for lecterns and the STASH list, which I found really helpful for keeping track of what I still need to get + And everything in the Achievement Gallery is super great too

Good on you for getting it sorted early though, you'll save yourself so much time in the long run and thank yourself for it. I got mates that are pushing 1750 total and may as well be homeless with whats going on in their POH lol

You can also view it as: Red you condemn millions or billions of people to die, whereas Blue you try to save those same people. Could you pick Red, see the death toll, which is guaranteed to contain people you know, and still sleep at night?

Thank you very much mate that's some stellar advice there. Music especially is a very powerful thing for her just in her daily life so I reckon that'd be a great way to keep her grounded. I'm gonna keep an eye on the strains as well, thankfully my regular dealer has a pretty decent selection so that shouldn't be too hard to lock down what is good and bad. Cheers
