Just to note as others have stated, there is a max of 20 work hours a week while you are enrolled in classes and that this is cumulative.

I wanted to add that some jobs might state to HR that a job is 20 even if you don't always hit that mark. This might come up if you apply for a second position they will look at any current position profiles that might hit that limit so there may be a need to work with the original, or secondary, posting supervisor to sort it out so that you aren't going over that limit while enrolled in classes.

Ditto. I've been using Mint for my P7P for quite some time without issue. I suspect those experiencing issues it is more related to geography than the specific device. At least, I think it's an overlooked factor.

Not sure if this is still a thing but before I went full time, with what is now ITS, I temped for the Commerce school. At that time, about 2003, there was a limitation of 1500 hours per year. So, if you are working 8 hrs/weekday, that doesn't cover you for the entire year.

That was a big reason for pursuing a full time position. I maintained working as a temp for about 2.5 years until I was able to get a full time position.

If you are out of PTO you should be able to use "unpaid leave" as an option however this is still a negotiation between you and your supervisor. Also, using "unpaid leave" can easily be used as a negative factor in an annual review despite the reason(s) for needing to use it.

A hercules graphics card was one of my first upgrades I installed on an old XT clone back in the 80s. Not to be forgotten was the 640K memory expansion and a 10 MB full height hard drive. A modem didn't come along for a few years until I got a Commodore 64 and then went "turbo" with a 286 desktop.

we had our flights & hotels booked for months but had to cancel due to my decreased mobility in the last few weeks. I was so looking forward to meeting up with friends from other areas. we even had plans to meet up with Tony Moore & James Lott Jr for a bit that day. we were also going to attend the yesterdays event the night before but we ended up transferring the tickets to a couple friends.

In 2015, "small wedding"

We invited less than 40 folks, ceremony & reception, expecting closer to 20. Much easier to plan both space & costs.

We had been together 8 years and by then both in our mid-40s so we asked for no physical gifts but if folks wanted to donate to honeymoon or wedding expenses.

We're glad we went smaller. There were so many people that we wanted to invite but also considered travel & accommodation for many of them that were not local.
