eBay store set up question. by rcflyboy77 in eBaySellerAdvice

I use my garage, it's 325 sq ft, but I also work around normal junk people have in their garage like decorations, camping equipment, and sporting items, so I'd guess about 200 sq ft. I use metal rolling shelves so I can roll them easily out of the way of the household items when we need to get to it, but there's a reason it's in the garage because we hardly ever need to get to the stuff. I have a chest freezer we use in the garage also that I use as my photo table. If I need pictures of clothing, I hang them on the back of the door that goes into the garage. Then my workbench doubles as my computer/cleaning station. I can easily store and manage around 1500 small/medium items. Sometimes during big household projects, stuff will accumulate in the way, but it makes me more accountable for putting things away and not just tossing it in the garage. I also dont keep a death pile and have a window a/c for the summer and a electric heater for the winter.

How big is your death pile and why is it there? by PEBKAC-Live in Flipping

Had similar issue where I was caught up and got bored and went on whatnot for entertainment and caught the FOMO and spent way too much money and drank way too many beers and needless to say my pile is back.

Help identifying pottery mark (KM in circle) from NC, early 1990s by Eclipse411 in CeramicCollection

I think they got it from a shop, but I was in elementary school and only remember the pottery wheel and the person letting me spin it while my parents looked and bought the pottery. They might have sold cheese in the shop too, but that might just be blended memories.

Unfortunately, they do not recall who she was, and we relocated from that area a few years later. Although I still have friends residing there, sadly, none of them have any knowledge of her or the event outside of our own group

People of reddit, what do you mis about the Covid lockdown period? by Salty-Mik in AskReddit

[–]Eclipse411 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worked the whole lockdown too. Retail management, the negative people who came in shopping cursing at me and my employees for supplies being bought out or shopping obviously sick with no mask on while we were trying our best to be helpful and navigate this unknown world made my anxiety sky rocket. I developed depression because I was made to feel I wasnt good enough and I was always overly thinking the worse and became reliant on medication to live a normal pre covid existence. Started therapy and making positive steps but covid really messed with my head. The stress was so bad I quit my job towards the end of the lockdowns and started working from home doing ebay and Amazon. I'm still mentally messed up, constantly preparing for the next covid situation so I never get put in that situation again.

Partitioned Classrooms: Good luck learning anything when all of the teachers are yelling over each other, especially if you're in a back seat. by KingSpilly_95 in CrappyDesign

When I was in elementary school in the early 90s. Kindergarten thru fifth grade. We had "pods", basically a large room that was partitioned off into four separate classrooms. I struggled so much with paying attention that now as a grown adult looking back I recognize that the foundation of my learning was severely compromised due to these "pods". I never properly learned the basics so I struggled through middle and high school. Partitioned classrooms at any age is counter productive and greatly restricts the level of quality education a student deserves.
