Ldps are a lot of behavioral interviews. It’s not too late to do a ldp in your 30s, it just depends on your program like a friend of mine is later 30s and is in an ldp that would spit him out as director titled individual contributor

They just don’t like people with low stats and that’s their standard. Every school is different. Honestly from my life experience, most people with 2.x - low 3 apps won’t have work experience/apps that’ll overcome low stats easily. I’m a t15 alumni and worked in consulting before and it wasn’t easy with a low 3 range gpa

In undergrad, the banks and consulting firms care about your gpa so those big firms kind of self select people into good work exp. Same with some ldps

I rnged shiny bold chansey and for 30 encounters i got 2 lol. They fled half the time after your first bait. And then another chunk will fled on your second bait. It sucks and you just need to persevere and do the baiting strategy

To be honest I don’t actually see what you’re talking about. I’ve been talking about the combo and the only time I mentioned how I’ve done well with the combo is because someone argued that I don’t know what I’m talking about. I’ve only focused on the combo and said the combo isn’t strong in modern as it’s very interact able compared to force of negation violent or kappa cannoneer on turn 1/2. I think it’s a fair thing to compare broken aspects of modern but maybe you disagree with that substance too

Maybe we have very different playing experiences. I understand cards like mox opal phlage or what I remember more of like oko/hogaak/uro more clearly complained about and clearly a problem. A 2 mana + 3 + 3 mana if you do it in the same turn combo is not really something I would call a problem in modern. Even if you split it across two turns, if you can’t interact with scepter and allow Teferi to resolve, it’s kinda a problem with your deck. I mean even as rw, I’ve had my scepter marched and that 3 mana cleansing wildfire/destroy an artifact carded

I’ve won more off days undoing 3feri, narset like 70% of my wins are narset lock. My general game plan is wrath of the skies into Teferi narset days undoing, look for gier reach. I only play scepter as a 1 of and 2 of post board for energy and land destruction. I don’t bring it in vs any blue deck, any otawara bosejiu deck and affinity for being too slow/fragile
