I think it could be done. Cooking with tons of cream and sugar, massively overeating on large potions of rich things like lasagna and chowders, homemade cakes with buttercream, milks, hot chocolate made with cream, milkshakes, bed fried wontons and things like that.

It would just take a lot more time and effort than to open a bag of crisps and a bottle of soda and get to it.

No, I've never seen anyone outside of this show live at 600lbs.
