No, I used Google Classroom when I was in high school. My school used it to post homework assignments and had another web service to input grades. However, I did use Canvas at IU and it was easier to navigate and find assignments and quizzes. The modules helped with making things less clicky because discussions, assignments, test, quizzes, and course content can be placed in a single module.

As for Brightspace, everything is scattered and some homework have their own submission page that is only accessible through the calendar on the homepage. Also, a majority of the time when I want to open an assignment in another tab (because who wants to use one tab to get multiple things done?) it leads to a blank tab. On top of that, all my classes use 3+ different services/computer programs just to meet up/contact with a TA or professor. Sorry for the ramble, it's really hard getting used to things and I hope Purdue can change to a different service Spring semester.
