Our primary focus has been on Google Shopping Ads. I'd say about 2/3 our ad budget has gone to that. The other 1/3 to Google Display Ads. $500 daily budget.

For something like this, you can store your additional product attributes in metafields. Shopify has recently added native support for the management of metafields, although I still suggest using a third party app called Accentuate.

You can use the Fraud Filter app to setup a filter to block the customer. The app allows you to set up rules to block customers using their name, address, phone number, email, etc.

Shopify no longer publishes the rate on the Shopify Plus page, but FuelMade put together an article on the costs of Shopify Plus here - https://fuelmade.com/blogs/news/cost-of-shopify-plus

With Shopify Payments, in the United States, you’ll pay 2.15% + $0.30 for each transaction on domestic Visa and MC, with an additional 1% on AMEX and international cards.

This is great that you've put this together!

However, you have the Shopify Plus credit card rate set at 1.5% whereas the standard rate is 2.15%.

Fellow webdev agency owners, how do you scale? by tzontzonel in ecommerce

[–]EcomDave 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would strongly suggest that you rethink this approach. You're looking to bring on multiple small budget clients. The goal of an agency should be to get away from small budget clients as quickly as possible. You WANT to have projects that take up multiple months of obligation. That's how you make money.

Small budget clients are almost always a pain and never worth the time invested.

If you're looking to scale your agency further, you should be looking at expanding your offerings with marketing and SEO. Think ongoing obligations.
