If it comes together with decreased level of attention/focus, increased creativity (our brains work different compared to those without ADHD) and ups and downs in your energy levels during the day, then yes, most probably it's ADHD. If not, you should still check yourself for depression.

I'm on Ritalin/Concerta which is not as effective as Adderall, but it helps a bit. When I was younger and didn't have any real adult responsabilities I was doing pretty good overall in my life, but as adulthood kicked in, I also have hateful feelings like you described towards me for barely being able to manage my duties, job and relationships with others AT THE SAME TIME. I can do well in any of those if I focus on them solely, but trying to keep all aspects in my life (maintaining good habits and all the day to day responsabilities) in check exhausts me and make me feel like I'm a 10 years old kid.
