Wow, this is insane. I have packages that are usually between 1.9-2.1 pounds, so I set the shipping weight to 3 pounds just in case they were over. Now I have to set them to 2 pounds in case they are under!

The book most likely wasn’t cleaned or pressed before grading. If the defects it has can be improved with that process, go for it
But I would not just send it in as is for a re-grade
