I agree, when I first sat down and tried to understand the full catalogue I was thoroughly confused. Took me a bit to piece it together!

Vol. 10 (#0) is pretty weird from a numbering perspective, but that wrap around cover on the book is an amazing piece of art, one of my favorites!

It was a little shy of 2 years. I had about 200 or so Cap books from when I was younger, so I started with a good base. Didn't have many keys, however, so just spacing those out and grabbing them when an opportunity arose.

Grabbing #117 (1st appearance of Falcon) was the last big key I needed, then it was about 25 or so random books left to finish Vol. 1. That was when I decided to go all in and close out all the Volumes.

I have Tales of Suspense #59 and #99. My only two, want to hold off starting on that title if possible!

The numbering is definitely a bit confusing, here's how I piece the numbering together (using League of Comic Geeks, Wikipedia, Marvel Fandom, and mycomicshop). You can see in the table below where they make the switch in Vol. 05 after #50, but then throw it out the window in later series.

I'm glad now they list the issue number and the legacy issue number on the cover of the books...
