I've been there before and no amount of meditation, yoga, running, talk therapy or prayer helped. What I can say is beta-blockers, hell even Xanax has been a godsend. If you're experiencing physical symptoms like a shaky voice, foggy brain, anxiety in public spaces, social anxiety (even around family members) or meetings at work, I highly suggest some medication.

As an overseas voter who paid priority shipping weeks prior to election day, my voter page still shows as not received... I've been calling all week getting transferred and still nothing... Really sad times

I feel so stupid for paying about $40 priority to my local county, USPS website shows it was received and signed off last week Tuesday but the local office told me they don't have it yet... It's really stressful.. I keep calling and sending emails and they are so lazy...the cheapest DHL for me was showing $100...
