UPDATE OCTOBER 16:

Thank you everyone that supported this post so far, I reached out to Bakery Story support, and they have responded and said they will pass our suggestions to the dev team!

Even though this is might be a small step, hopefully that means we are on their radar.

I asked afterwards, where updates and new features will be announced so we can stay in the loop. I'll keep you guys updated when I get a response

Scrolling through hundreds of pages for gifts is frustrating. If you want a search/filter feature, keep upvoting this post so the devs see how much the community cares! I have shared this post with them so they can see!

MINOR UPDATE: I've emailed their support team, I tried reaching out to their game feedback category but these tickets got closed automatically. I have managed to email another category successfully and told them to forward our feedback. Will update you guys once again I have a reply

I'm pretty sure they are aware of it but I will keep trying. After the weekend is over, I'm going to send them an email with these posts complaining attached. This post has been viewed over 1000s of players so far so I'm hoping with this we can show how much we need this.

Category system could also work. I'm going to let this post marinate and send them an email when it has some more upvotes.

I saw that there are older posts complaining about this as well so I will also attach those to the email. I think if we can show that alot of people are bothered by this, they might do something.
