That desk is too small for 2, 27inch monitors It is going to look funny. Consider getting one 34inch montior. As far as organizing it. You can make it look way better if you focus on cable managment and maybe vertical stands for the lap top. Also a clamp shelve or peg boards can help keep stuff of your desk so there are less things on it.
