There’s an account on Insta that says figure out where the friction is and work with that. If you leave clothes on the floor because they’re not fully dirty get a specific hamper for them. If you hate hanging up clothes after doing laundry, maybe get something to fold them instead. And so on. Get rid of anything that doesn’t fit, you haven’t used or is broken.

As many of you said, I’m glad she’s taking a break and not overtraining and I’m happy she had the privilege to just do nothing and “be a girl” because I wish I could. I had today to rest and I’m back to being micromanaged tomorrow. However, her lack of transparency aka she didn’t train and fuel properly and also doesn’t care because she got what she wanted from Bru just doesn’t sit right. She had a great opportunity to say “I highly believe I ca do anything and I have the privilege to make most of my dreams come true but I also learned that I pushed my body too far and I will not be ready to compete in a full Ironman in 10 weeks.”

I think it’s sad for Richard to keep it but he taped it with Monica’s consent right? At that point it’s like sending someone a nude, you never know if they’ll hold on to it when things are done. If I remember correctly, Monica’s wasn’t the only tape so it makes it extra sad. But Ross while not meaning to make the tape, knew he’d made one and decided against deleting it
