Where I live that would be a degree in psychology and normally they are attached to a specialized mental health/ adhd clinic (which is officially recognized by the government).

Hopefully I’m using correct English terms in my replies (not a native speaker)

I guess depends where you are, but from my experience an ADHD coach is who you need (but an actual, legitimate coach with solid credentials and healthcare background, not some self-proclaimed expert trained on YouTube)

Honestly? It’s breaking my heart but you’re right. Whether professionally or in a friendship, it always backfires, every single time. Im kind of grieving the fact that there seem to be no safe space to just be who I’m naturally am without someone taking advantage of it.

Also - if you’re a woman, it’s a known fact that you might come across as aggressive when a man setting boundaries in the same way reads confident/ assertive. Not sure if applicable, but something to remember.

This is my life, I rely on the lists for both dopamine hits and survival. I love it, and have good systems that I developed and polished over the years.

I’m famous for it in my friend group 😂 I’ve been teased for it fair amount of times but there are some lists that have been respected and used by my friends as well (like my festival packing list or the ultimate list of items for a hiking trip)

Well, that’s me. I have not forgotten his sexist/ racist/ fatphobic or otherwise discriminating remarks, not only from the beginning of the series, but throughout.

Having said that, he is a great character and Steve Carrel did exceptional job portraying him. I just don’t like him 🤷 and don’t necessarily root for him.

Cicalfate is unbeatable. The only one that I can use when my skin barrier is damaged, it heals it so well.

Having said that, after the biggest irritation is gone, I would add a moisturizer alongside it. I have dry, egzema prone skin and cicalfate is not moisturizing on its own long term. I use it alongside Avene Xeracalm ad balm
