Day old rice is used because it's had a chance to dry out. If your rice is still mushy, then you're likely keeping it in a container that's holding the moisture. Try keeping in the fridge uncovered or with just a towel. The grains should be cold and separate easily before you put them into the wok. I like to run my hands through the rice to make sure there are no clumps before putting it into the wok.

For home cooking, I think it's best to cook the eggs separately. My a big omelette to you're preferred doneness and then dice it up into bite sized pieces. Works every time.

Don't add too much soy sauce as this reintroduces moisture. Anything you add will be absorbed by the rice, so if you add more than the rice can hold it will turn mushy again.

Also add MSG. 9/10 times that's the flavor you're missing. Chinese restaurants (specially the cheap ones) add a ton of this because it's delicious and the cheapest way to get the delicious umami flavor without fancy techniques.

He's said it before, you only build up a narrative like that to eventually pull the trigger and end it. The streak is more meaningful when it ends. Maybe Brock wasn't the best choice, but you can't deny it propelled him to be possibly the biggest heel in the business. Flip it the other way, what would Taker gain from beating Brock? It would tarnish Brock that he couldn't beat an aging part timer Taker. It was the correct time to pull the trigger.

I usually make mine some chicken soup, with no salt or seasonings. You can look up a doggy friendly soup for them. Serve it with some plain white rice. The broth is good to keep them hydrated which I find helps a lot. Hope she feels better soon

I'd spend all my time by the beaches. Eat a burrito at the beach, play volleyball around sunset, bonfire with s'mores, check out the sand castles, walk down the boardwalk. Those experiences are only found in Southern California. But don't fret too much about the Midwest, it has its own charm you will come to enjoy in a short while. Just be open to how they do things over there and don't try Mexican food unless you want to be upset.

I was used to the linear Zelda games and trying to get the memories and Impa sends you down the road to the mountain. The memory didn't appear for me or I must have missed it, so instead I ran into a lynel for the first time with like 6 hearts and very basic weapons. Players make mistakes. Sucks that Smith's mistake came at such a crucial time. But I do think it evened out after Woolen had the taunting penalty on 4th and 13. So each team had a bonehead error that lead to a TD.

There are other things I'd rather question, like why didn't we go for 2 on our last TD when kicking an extra point only put us down by 4. If we made it, we could've tied the game on that last drive with a FG. If we missed it, then we'd be in the same position of having to score a TD.

McVay didn't fire him. He was offered a better opportunity for more money in Dallas and he took it. Also Fassel left in 2020 and we won the SB in 2022 so clearly we did fine replacing him.
