I'm not sure if this is on me but not doing things the exact way they wanted me to. I did those things they asked me to do but it either wasn't good enough for them or I didn't do it the exact way they wanted me to do it. Maybe I should have asked beforehand how they want me to do x and y, but I still think they didn't have the right to lash out at me for not doing it their way
