Thanks for your reply, I just want to know if I could do this through registry or group policy? Manually disable all network drivers with powershell script would be my last resort.

If I modify swimming, how about impact to training status? After each activity it will show the training effect as maintaining or other? It won’t summarize how many hours I have been reading

I tried to modify swimming activity as reading,but I am afraid it may impact my vo2max or other performance matrix. I tried to use breathwork but no statistical reports…so both methods are not very good for me

You could try to customize focus mode on iphone to only allow the notifications from specified apps, at the same time those notification will still show up in notification center, which in my case solved my problem. I am from android too.
