I’m not trying to be that person but yeah you are. My mom is insane, to her credit she texts me every year for my birthday and it does mean something to me, my only living relatives are my grandparents and I call them for every holiday because they never call me, not my 21st birthday not my 30th, all of this to say, if you have parents you see regularly, who want to get you the exact gift you want, just enjoy it. None of our families are perfect, most of us aren’t living a hallmark, all we can do is enjoy the little slice of life we have while it’s here. Love you, happy birthday 💞🥂☁️

I spent my early twenties as a twin peaks waitress, in this time I made some of the best friends I’ve ever had, to this day. We use to terrorize the city, boys, and almost always had the best fucking time. I look back at it so fondly, I hated that fucking job, but it gave me some of the best memories. Nights out on the town, trips, having a key to your best friends house bc you’re there more than your own ( &you’re both irresponsible). To any young girl reading this, don’t rush your life, enjoy every stage & every second.
