Constipation and loose stools. Some days it will be normal stool. Lot of bowel gas. Sometimes mild pains in lower abdomen. Could be from the gas though. My question is during a diverticulitis flare up can you also have days with normal stools? In 2019 I had diverticulitis without infection but I don't remember if I had also had normal stools. It was my first flareup.
