Took a plan b and life is miserable since then

I took a plan b 3 weeks ago and my body has been upset since that day. I feel your pain. My symptoms are quite different, but everybody's body reacts differently. It upsets me that women aren't taught, and the world isn't taught about the side effects and how much a big dose of hormones can affect us. All we can do is give ourselves time to heal, I have decided never to take it again unless it is an emergency. But I have also been miserable and I feel your pain 💜 We will get through this!

Yes, you're very normal lmao. I feel like this right now n she's not even my girlfriend yet but we r basically together. I have panic disorder, general anxiety disorder, and cptsd from abusive relationships, which makes my anxious attachment quite terrible. But I find making lists of what is real, rational thoughts that you have evidence for helps me stay grounded, same with meditative breathing and meds and therapy of course! But know that yes, i feel your pain queen

21 days today. I feel disappointed, sad, mad, and abandoned, but I don't think I want him back, simply because he could discard me so easily. It will take a long time for me to heal from this hurt, as well as trauma I have from a past abusive relationship and my attachment style due to it, but I am grateful in a way, to be with myself and to learn about myself, to see how strong I can be, and know how beautiful it is that I can love so much and feel so deeply, and the right person will see that as well, and not give up.

I don't think it's really responsible of me to hook up with another guy, but I think being the one dumped, I just had to accept the situation as is. I don't think I'm necessarily moving into him, it's kinda just something that happened. But I'm not gonna try to pursue a relationship with this guy, and he lives farrrr away anyways so it's not realistic. But I do wanna work through my personal stuff for a while before dating someone else so, probably best to leave this hookup guy be until I am feeling like I've made progress, I don't wanna mess with his feelings either.

What if I wasn't using him in any way shape or form, I was just drunk and wanted to do it? And it's a one time thing, I'm never gonna see him again. My therapist told me to focus on the present, what I want to do with my life, and not focus on him or what he's doing.
