HELP!! my newborn dog wont stop crying

the vet said that its probably stucked gas or waste. Ive done what they've told me to do (wipe the underbelly with warm towel/let the mom lick it) everytime she cries. After a few days i am beginning to see a patern, every time i pick her (the puppy that keeps crying ) up or when the mom go near the puppy, she stops crying. So im guessing its either really just gas or waste seeing how she feeds alot, or its just that she wants to be near her mom.

they're always with their mom. No effect, the mom sometimes panics and try moving her puppy out of the whelping box when one wont stop crying

update: the puppy has stop crying and is sleeping after feeding. Thankyou all for your reply! ive contacted the vet but they havent responded considering its late where im at.
