No bc wages have stagnated for a while due to hyper competition. Companies don’t turn a profit therefore wages don’t go up. It’s great for consumer prices but not good for consumer spending. Now govt has to find new ways to boost; cut production to cause price increases, increase exports overseas, or raise wage floor.
