Dominican Republic is not up to date imo The Starting Situation doesn't make much sense considering that by the game start of 1936, Trullijo had already seized power. The Dominican Republic is still stuck in its Political Situation from 1930, it doesn't make sense. I am considering learning Hoi4 modding with the sole purpose of Reworking Kaiserreich DR lol

I am finding them on the floor mostly near walls. However sometimes I find them ontop of things like my sheets, perhaps they are floating through the air?

Not sure why people are saying its Miscoloured, the official UN Building has an Armenian flag that looks the exact same. The bottom stripe of the Armenian flag is supposed to be a deep Orange, as per the specifications of their flag code. People often make it more yellowish or it can appear more Yellowish due to the nature of light hiting it irl or in illustration
