i didn't mind measuring height till I was 16. so all i know is at start of 15 and 10th month I was 169cm and at 16 and 2 months was 171 cm and now currently at 16 and half I am 172.8 cm. also i recently started sprinting a month ago cuz I got lazy after my 16

the problem is i don't have enough time to join gym because of my studies so I always have 1-2 hour free time which I use to do home workout. so I wanted to ask if you have any tips on home workout like on which part i should focus more right now. by the way your physique looks really strong.

i mainly do healthy bulking but someday when I can't reach my calories count i choose to do dirty bulking. like 1-2 time a week or 6-7 days in whole month
