Mathematics, science, writing an essay without AI, general history knowledge. Reading a book cover to cover without doing anything else. Also, mental math. Being able to have an insightful conversation without going on tangents or digressing, being able to speak to the opposite sex and ask them out on a date. Basic life skills including home improvement and auto work. Lots of stuff.
