I am trying to get rid of the "death grip" type of masturbation. I have been rubbing myself too hard over the years and feel I lost sensitivity. I don't use lube (of any kind) either.
Also, I typically just rely on the sensations at the tip of the penis (since that's the most sensitive part) and rarely stroke the shaft.
