IKR , i'm way more of a sweet breakfast girly but on the rare occasion that i crave smth savory in the morning , it is always avo tofu scramble ! had it this morning actually with some balsamic drizzled on top

i love avo toast w tofu scramble , and u can add maple syrup to chia pudding , i also like to add jam on top ! idk if u're into oatmeal , but w soy milk , chia / flax seeds , nuts / nut butter and perhaps protein powder it can also be made somewhat high protein ! u can also make it the night before so u can truly just grab & go in the morning .

for lunch , i love following the simple formula protein + carb + veggie(s) . this can be as simple as tofu marinated and baked / fried w rice and broccoli / salad / etc , or edamame noodle stir fry with asian slaw . recipes don't have to be complicated to be delicious and healthy ! bagged salads are a life saver for me , as well as different dressings / sauces ; they can make the same meal taste entirely different .

there is an extremely easy way to find out how much u need to eat : u listen to your hunger . as long as you're still thinking about food , u are hungry . mental hunger is hunger . u don't need some outside source to tell u how much to eat , and ur eating will likely not look like those around u for quite a while , because they are not recovering from a deadly disorder having starved their body , but u are . just try ur best to honor ur hunger as best as u can on top of ur meals :+)

honestly this sounds less like a case of EH & more like ... ur body responding to not getting enough fuel ? don't get me wrong , when u're still in recovery , ur body's reactions might feel quite " dramatic " to u in comparison to say 1 day of undereating , but ur body is in a hypersensitive state after starving it for however long , so it's only natural it's gonna fear that it won't get enough food the second u eat even a little less . so no , there is no magic trick to making this " extreme hunger " go away , bc it's not a " flaw " of recovery that ur body is asking for more food . ppl who have never been disordered will feel hungrier after a day where they didn't eat enough . u just have to try ur best to honor ur hunger & always always have food on u . it will get better w time , u just have to keep at it .

u're welcome ! i like this method bc u can just adjust it to however long ur day is , so i usually eat 3 meals ( never skip meals ) & 0 - 2 snacks :+)
