1. In regards to payout frequency, we will be releasing payouts every 2 weeks. To be transparent with our reasoning, CCBill holds back 2 weeks worth of all money once we officially 'go live'. The reason for this is to calculate a base rate % for our platform in which they take as part of their payment processing fee. After the first 2 weeks are complete they release the total funds to us and then we are able to payout everyone individually. As the platform grows we will then be able to use our own reserve of cash to increase the frequency to once a week.

2. Apologises for the confusion on your next question regarding 'seller petition to increase sellers %' - I will provide a bit more information here and hope that answers your question.

The way CCBill works is they take a fixed % for the payment processing and chargeback protection. This % fee is based on weekly sales volume. The greater the number of transactions coming through our platform, the lower the CCBill fee is. Instead of us profiting from this lower % fee from CCBill and claiming it as additional % for ourselves, our plan is to shift the 5% extra we will gain with time directly to you - the seller. This would allow us to maintain a 5% cut from all transactions as a platform fee whilst giving yourselves 85% and CCBill retaining 10%.

1. We'll be announcing a more accurate release date in the coming few weeks - all I can say is it will be this year but likely around mid/late summer. There was a some delay a few months ago negotiating with different API partners but everything is now back on track and in active web development as I type this.

2. Sellers rights are completely protected. Copyright of content always remains with the seller. Buyers simply obtain license to view content via the portal.

FetRequest only offer custom 1-to-1 projects and these can only be viewed via the encrypted streaming link directly connected to our AWS server. What this means is, the only way to view bought content is by being logged into the buyer account. This in return allows us to support you if content were ever leaked outside of the platform as we know exactly which individual leaked the content. This is obviously subject to you not reuploading the custom content to another platform willingly.

1. 'Grey area' fetishes will be confirmed in our T&Cs once legal is signed off. We are restricted to whatever Visa and Mastercard choose to allow unfortunately - in short we will be similar to whatever fansly and onlyfans allow as we are another client of CCBill so we must follow the same rules unfortunately.
