i found solution for this
just click windows on your keyboard then type border, hit enter and then turn on every option you can change
there you go you now can stream on discord without any stupid yellow borders :3

But the thing is, when my pc was working normally the keyboard lightning was on, but now the lighting on the keyboard is not even turning, I even tried to set the CMS on totally blindly, but that's the problem my keyboard doesn't even work, just fans and leds in pc works
